AEORank Terms of Service, Subscription SLA & API Usage Policy (2026)

These Terms of Service govern your use of the AEORank diagnostic station, the 50-Page Deep Audit dossier, Weekly Drift Guard subscriptions, and Commercial API v1 endpoints in 2026. By using AEORank, you agree to audit only public web properties in compliance with standard rate limits and applicable laws.

1. Service Tiers, Self-Serve Billing & Refund Policy

AEORank provides an instant free homepage scanner, a one-time 50-Page Deep Audit package, and recurring Weekly Drift Guard monitoring plans (Monthly and Annual) processed via Polar.sh and VietQR. Subscribers can manage, upgrade, or cancel recurring Drift Guard plans at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

2. Ethical Crawling, SSRF Protection & Rate Limits

AEORank diagnostic probes respect target server stability, enforce strict Server-Side Request Forgery (SSRF) guards blocking internal IP ranges, and apply per-domain scan cooldowns. Automated workflows and CI/CD pipelines must authenticate using scoped aeo_sync_* or aeo_live_* tokens within their allocated monthly quota.

3. AI Advisor Guidance & Limitation of Liability

The AEORank AI Advisor synthesizes deterministic technical checks, Open Knowledge Hub playbooks, and optional Google Search Console telemetry into actionable recommendations. Search engine rankings and AI citations depend on third-party algorithms outside AEORank's control; all diagnostic recommendations are provided on an "as-is" engineering basis.
